"If I had to pick the single most critical factor for early-stage companies
it would be a talented management team. The men and women running the show
have to be experts at taking what seems like an unsolvable problem and
turning it into a terrific opportunity for growth. And they have to be
able to do this in an environment that changes lightning fast. Venture
investors can help but the core talent has to be there already."
