Peter F. Bernardoni leads Technology Funding's medical and healthcare practice and is also responsible for ongoing oversight of several portfolio companies in the industrial technology and advanced materials sectors.

Mr. Bernardoni serves on the board of directors of Endocare, Inc. (NASDAQ: ENDO), Sanarus Medical, Inc., Atherotech, Inc., Impres Medical, Inc., KeyEye Communications, Inc., and VenCore Solutions, LLC. Mr. Bernardoni is currently managing director of Capital Valley Ventures, LLC and Chairman of Innergy Power Corporation.

Over the years, Mr. Bernardoni has been responsible for many of the firmās other investments, including CV Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: CVTX), PolyMedica Corporation (Nasdaq: PLMD), Oxford Glycosciences Plc (Nasdaq: OGSI), Physiometrix, Inc. (Nasdaq: PHYX), Acusphere, Inc., and Pharmadigm, Inc.

Before joining Technology Funding in 1988, Mr. Bernardoni held several senior positions at IBM. He began his career as a design engineer in disk drive products and moved into sales and marketing where he managed a sales team that targeted key pharmaceutical and health care providers.

Mr. Bernardoni earned a B.S. from Santa Clara University and an M.S. from Stanford University, both in Mechanical Engineering.
